Main technical highlights:
Dust content of fume after dry dedusting is averagely 6.6mg/Nm3, which is far lower than stated-stipulated emission index (100mg/Nm3);
The above said gas could be directly used by consumer; dust content of gas after OG dedusting is 100mg/Nm3, which shall be purified by ESP before usage of consumer;
Dust content of purified gas is low, so service life of fan will be long and maintenance is less.
Dry dedusting system resistance is about 7500Pa, wet dedusting system resistance is about 20000Pa, so power consumption of dry dedusting system is 3.05kW·h/ton steel, which is 3.72kW·h/ton steel less than that for wet dedusting system.
Water consumption of dry dedusting system is low, which is about 0.05m3/ton steel for 120t converter system, which is 1/5 of that for wet dedusting system, and no sewage of the whole system.
Control level of dry dedusting system is high, switching speed of gas recovery is quick, gas recovery quantity is more, which is 91.4m3 gas recovery/ton steel with calorific value of 8360kJ/m3, which is 21m3 more than that for wet dedusting system.
